This is the second announcement and call for registration for the 19th Winter Workshop on Nuclear Dynamics that will be held February 8 - 15, 2003 at the Beaver Run Resort in Breckenridge, Colorado.

The hotel registration process for the 19th Winter Workshop on Nuclear Dynamics is streamlined this year. There are three steps.

1) Dial the Beaver Run Resort's toll-free number (800) 525-2253 and say you are with the "Winter Workshop" (booking #3894). The hotel will reserve your rooms on your credit card. {To change reservations you must do so 45 days before arrival. To cancel you must do so 45 days before arrival to receive a refund less $75 booking fee.}

2) Send the workshop secretary Leslie Bump (leslie.bump@yale.edu) a message that you will attend, that you have registered, and a title of talk that you will present.

3) There will be a registration fee of $200, if you register before December 1. Coffee breaks, three dinners including banquet, and the cost of one copy of the proceedings are included in this fee. If you register after December 1, the registration fee is $250. To pay the workshop fee, make out a check to "Yale University" and send it to the workshop secretary at

All participants are asked to register with the hotel and the workshop secretary (steps 1 and 2 above) and send a check for the registration fee (step 3 above) as soon as possible, and no later than December 15.

All participants are stongly encouraged to attend the entire workshop and contribute to the many discussions and understanding of the new physics in the field. Also, please note that the Proceedings will be published.
