First Announcement

This second announcement is a reminder that due to the special nature of our arrangement with Radisson Cable Beach Resort, namely an all-inclusive package, we are required to have all attendees registered by November. Please review your calendar and if you are interested in attending the workshop, please register via the web page and send us a note regarding your possible contribution to the program. If you intend to give a presentation, please also choose a session number according to the conference topics listed on the web page.

This is a workshop so some of the big collaborations do not require you to seek collaboration approval. If you are uncertain about the procedure, please talk to your spokesperson.

Regarding the arrangements with the resort management, all-inclusive means that all meals and beverages consumed in any of the resort locations are covered. The cost is especially low if you decide to share a room, so please consider a family member or a colleague as a roommate and let us know as soon as possible about your arrangements.

Talks will be held in morning and evening sessions as is the tradition at the Winter Workshop; therefore, there will be ample recreational and discussion time during the day.

We are all looking forward to a productive workshop.
